There are changes, please read carefully!
For those of you who received less than 16 hours during the assignment process, you will be able to call in starting January 2. Please call Wednesday evenings between 7 pm and 9 pm (Eastern time) or Saturdays between 9am-1 pm (Eastern time). We will try to be available on Saturdays and Wed. evenings when possible. People with more than 16 hours can call starting on January 27, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Click on the link Available Classes You are not able to drop one class to sign up for another one. Our teachers have committed to teaching and it wouldn't be fair for them to "trade around" classes.
When you call please be prepared to ask for your choices.

You can still sign up for convention! You can use the online page to pay your registration fee, or you can mail it in (If you mail in, please include multiple choices.) You can no longer use the website to choose your classes.

| When you register online for any 2 day class you will only choose the 1st day and the 2nd day will automatically be included for you. On the paper form you can list a 2 day class in 1 space. For example FRSA1216 |

The website allows you to input 20 choices. 16 are for class choices and the
other 4 are for seminars or minibonuses. |

There is not a way on the registration site to limit how many hours you get
assigned, but you can get removed from classes, if you get assigned more
than you want. Extra Hours (beyond the 16 provided for in your registration) are $3 each hour. |

For more convention information:
Convention is held at the Sheraton Imperial Convention Center in Durham, NC. This is a wonderful, self-contained facility. Everything is under one roof, and you will find it a wonderful way to convention! Book your rooms early, as they do fill!
If you want to read more about convention, here is a little more information. See the latest copy of the Reeder's Report, our quarterly newsletter, for more convention information, and of course, our convention brochure! These are available to members, and are mailed in November.
